Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully. By downloading, accessing, or using the difi application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
difi is a pioneering global educational platform that leverages technology to optimize the learning experience. Our services include, but are not limited to:
Microlearning & AI: Provides bite-sized learning content (chunked content) combined with Artificial Intelligence (AI) to personalize learning pathways and answer learners' questions.
Group Management Tools (Manager Tools): A system designed for Managers to create groups, monitor learning progress, and evaluate competency development and transformation effectiveness.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
If you are between 13 years old and the age of legal adulthood under applicable law (generally 18 years old), you may only use the Service with the consent and supervision of your parent or legal guardian.
Parents or legal guardians agree to assume responsibility for all activities of the minor under their supervision while using the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login information.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering for an account.
You must not share your account with others or allow others to use your account, as this may result in inaccurate learning progress records and competency assessment results, particularly for features involving Manager monitoring and reporting.
difi allows users to participate in "Learning Groups" ("Groups") created by individuals or organizations (referred to as "Managers").
When you join a Learning Group through a code, link, or direct assignment:
You agree that your learning progress, scores, assessment history, and related competency data within the Group may be shared with the Group Manager.
The Manager may view reports and export statistical data for internal training, personnel evaluation, or classroom management purposes.
difi shall not be responsible for how the Manager uses your learning data after such data has been lawfully exported from the application in accordance with their authorized access rights.
All content available on difi, including but not limited to text, designs, graphics, user interfaces, source code, AI algorithms, logos, trademarks, and learning materials, is owned by difi or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of content that you independently create and upload to the Service (for example, questions or discussion posts). However, by uploading such content, you grant difi a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display such content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the Service.
When using difi, you agree NOT to engage in any of the following activities:
Cheat or engage in academic dishonesty during learning activities, including using bots or software to interfere with assessment results.
Upload content that violates applicable laws, contains threats, is defamatory, discriminatory, or infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code, or conduct any activities that attack, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of the difi system.
Illegally collect or obtain personal information of other users or Managers.
Use AI features to generate harmful, unethical, or unlawful content.
Nature of AI-Generated Content: The AI features of difi provide learning assistance, answers, and learning pathway suggestions based on available data. Although we continuously work to improve the quality and accuracy of our AI services, AI-generated responses may not always be completely accurate and may contain subjective or inappropriate information.
Disclaimer of Liability: AI-generated content is provided for educational reference purposes only and does not replace professional advice, including legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. difi shall not be responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on information or responses generated by the AI features.
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Service without prior notice if you violate any provision of these Terms or upon request by a competent government authority.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, difi and its affiliated entities shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
We reserve the right to modify or supplement these Terms or change, suspend, or update any features of the Service at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through the application or by email where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation and mediation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation or mediation, it shall be submitted to a competent court in Hanoi, Vietnam.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
